New members receive a 100% bonus on their first deposit, up to a maximum of ৳20,000. For example: a deposit of ৳1,000 will add ৳1,000 in bonus, making the balance ৳2,000. To withdraw this bonus, the bonus amount must be wagered 20 times — that is, bets totalling ৳1,000 × 20 = ৳20,000 must be placed. This bonus is never a direct cash gift; it is a conditional benefit.

5.2 General Bonus Rules

• Each bonus offer can be claimed only once per account.
• Claiming bonuses from multiple accounts using the same device, IP address, or payment method is prohibited.
• No bonus-related winnings may be withdrawn before the wagering requirements are met.
• If bonus abuse is suspected, cd 33 reserves the right to cancel the bonus and suspend the account.

6.1 Betting Rules

• Once a bet is confirmed, it cannot be cancelled or changed.
• If a technical error disrupts the processing of a bet, cd 33 reserves the right to void that bet.
• In sports betting, the odds in effect at the time a bet is confirmed will apply, even if the odds change afterwards.
• cd 33 reserves the right to void bets placed at odds that were displayed incorrectly due to a system error.

6.2 Sports Betting

For cricket, football, and other sporting events, if an event is cancelled or postponed, the odds for that bet will be set to 1.00 and the stake will be refunded. However, if an event is played beyond its scheduled time or the result remains uncertain, cd 33 reserves the right to determine the rules for that event.

The following activities are strictly prohibited on cd 33. Violating these prohibitions may result in immediate account closure and forfeiture of balance:

• Creating multiple accounts or using another person's account.
• Exploiting the bonus system in a calculated way to gain unfair advantages.
• Attempting to manipulate the outcome of a match or game.
• Using automated software, bots, or scripts to place bets or play games.
• Using the platform for money laundering or illegal transactions.
• Operating an account using a false identity or another person's details.
• Attempting to hack or gain unauthorised access to cd 33 systems.
• Harassing or engaging in fraudulent behaviour towards other members.

cd 33 reserves the right to temporarily or permanently close a member's account in the following circumstances:

• Violation of any clause in these Terms and Conditions.
• Failure to cooperate with identity verification or providing false information.
• Extended inactivity (generally, no transactions for 12 consecutive months).
• The member requests account closure themselves.
• Due to legal obligations or regulatory directives.

8.1 Requesting Account Closure

A member who wishes to close their account may notify the cd 33 support team via live chat or email. If the account is to be closed for self-exclusion or responsible gaming reasons, action will be taken promptly in accordance with our Responsible Gaming Policy.

Upon account closure, any remaining valid balance will be returned to the member's registered payment method. However, bonus balances or bonus-related winnings where conditions have not been met will not be refunded.
